Human neuronal hNT2.17 GABA and hNT2.19 5HT cell lines in vitro. The GABA hNT2.17 (a, c) and 5HT hNT2.19 (b, d) cell lines were subcloned by serial dilution and treated for 2 wk with retinoic acid and mitotic inhibitors.
