Effect of RSV, RSV + RO, or PGB on the locomotor activity in the fibromyalgia model induced by reserpine in mice. PGB was used as a positive control drug. Spontaneous locomotor activity was assessed in the open field test on the 4th day after onset of reserpine administration (0.25 mg/kg, s.c., once a day for three days). Data are presented as mean ± SEM. compared to control (SAL-SAL). Statistical analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc test. to 11 mice/group.
