Supplementary Material

The Supplementary Material consists of the data dictionary 1.0 for the Canadian Cardiac Rehabilitation Registry. This is a listing of all variables assessed in the registry, with their definition (i.e., data sources, time windows, units of measurement). There are variables which are captured at cardiac rehabilitation intake assessment only, as well as variables which are assessed at both the intake and discharge assessments.
