Multiple focus of pulmonary lacerations can be depicted, some of them are filled with air (pneumatocele, curved arrow), others filled with blood (hematocele-straight arrow), and some filled with both, making an air-liquid level (pneumo-hematocele, arrowhead). Surrounding pulmonary contusions are appreciated. Associated left pulmonary contusions and a small right pneumothorax are also depicted.
