Right breast mammogram ((a) and (b)) craniocaudal and mediolateral oblique views demonstrate a radiolucent round mass with dystrophic calcifications (arrow) (c). Targeted ultrasound demonstrates a heterogeneous hypoechoic mass with areas of posterior acoustic shadowing.
