2: moderate	1: <50%	2: 10–19
3: poor (anaplastic)	2: ≥50%	3: $n\ge 20$

The sum of the scores of the three criteria determines the grade of malignancy. Grade 1: 2, 3; Grade 2: 4, 5; Grade 3: 6, 7, 8.
