Sex, extremity, BMI, tumor size, lymph node dissection, radiation, and smoking are categorical values with reference categories as follows: male sex, upper extremity, BMI <30 kg/m2, tumor size <5 cm, no node dissection, no radiotherapy, and nonsmoker.
