(Patient no. 9) (a) 14-year-old boy with Ewing’s sarcoma of the left tibia proximal diaphysis. (b) After completion of neoadjuvant chemotherapy wide resection and reconstruction of the defect (24.5 cm) by a vascularized transposed ipsilateral and contralateral free fibula and medial plate fixation were realised.
