Collagen type I gene expression was stronger in CD90(−)/CD105(+) and CD90(+)/CD105(+) after AdenoX-bmp2 transfection. In contrast, a PCR product corresponding to osteocalcin was detected clearly in CD90(+)/CD105(−) and CD90(−)/CD105(+) after AdenoX-bmp2 transfection.
