Optical observations of isolated 46 clones were summarized and categorized into 12 groups. Cell thickness, mean gray value ≥5: thick, <5: thin. Boundary of cell cluster: smoothly draw the outline of cluster: clear; hard to draw the outline: unclear. Cell density, the number of cells in the frame of 100 μm × 100 μm ≥10: high, <10: low. Clustering: the number of cell cluster ≥3: high, <3: low.
