(a) T24 cells was treated with 20 μM PI3 kinase inhibitor LY294002 for 60 min and then with ADSC-CM or DMEM for another 24 h. LY294002 decreased the protein levels of Bcl-2 and p-Akt and increased the protein levels of Bax and p-PTEN. Data presented in (b) are the mean ± SD of three independent experiments (). LY294002 enhances ADSC inhibition of T24 cells growth. T24 cells were treated with ADSC-CM, 20 μM LY294002, or both for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by the MTS assay (c).
