Pluripotency and germ cell marker mRNA abundance during the development of OCCs within one passage as revealed by real-time quantitative PCR. Positive controls for OCT4A, SALL4, and LIN28 were ES cells. Neonatal ovary was used as positive control for the germ cell marker VASA.
