Umbilical Cord-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Suppress Autophagy of T Cells in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus via Transfer of Mitochondria

<div>T cells from SLE patients had overactivated autophagy. CD3+T cells were purified from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). T cells from SLE patients had higher expression of LC3IIB and lower p62 than that from healthy controls (HC).</div>
