Characterization of GHMT transduced cells. qRT-PCR was performed at day 7 and at day 14 from transduction. Early endogenous cardiac marker genes (Nkx2.5, Gata4, and Mef2c-Tbx5-hand2) and late cardiac marker genes (CNX43, TNNT2- ACTC1 and MYH6) were analysed.
