Growth of hMSC-TERT cells in chemically defined medium (CDM). The cells were grown on standard cell culture plastic (STD-CCP) or CDM-optimized CCP (CDM-CCP) in either CDM (with or without FGF-2) or serum-containing medium (SCM).
