Attachment, Growth, and Detachment of Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells in a Chemically Defined Medium

<div>Detachment of hMSC-TERT cells using different enzymes. The cells were grown to confluency in coated or noncoated wells and were detached enzymatically. Cell detachment was analyzed by counting cells in suspension.
