IGFBP-6 siRNA treatment maintained PMSCs cell morphology and inhibited IGFBP-6 secretion. PMSC skeletal muscle morphology was maintained for 7 days under muscle lineage differentiation conditions with (a) scrambled siRNA or (b) IGFBP-6 siRNA treatment.
