Approximately all the resected constructs showed clear signs of blood vessel ingrowth (arrows). Experimental groups as well as samples within the same experimental condition showed notable differences in terms of tissue color and the mount of visible blood vessels. Representative pictures were taken of eight constructs/experimental group.
