Therapeutic Effects of VEGF Gene-Transfected BMSCs Transplantation on Thin Endometrium in the Rat Model

<div>mRNA expressions of endometrial receptivity’s markers 4 and 8 days after treatment. (A, B, C, D) represent control group, BMSC group, VEGF-BMSC group, and sham operation group, respectively. The VEGF-BMSC group exhibited a significantly higher expression of VEGF mRNA than the BMSC group and control group. The LIF mRNA expression in the VEGF-BMSC group was significantly higher than that of the BMSC group and control group and was similar with that of the sham operation group. The integrin <i>α</i><sub>ν</sub><i>β</i><sub>3</sub> mRNA expressions in the VEGF-BMSC group and BMSC group were similar, which were significantly higher when compared with the control group.</div>
