Fasudil Promotes BMSC Migration via Activating the MAPK Signaling Pathway and Application in a Model of Spinal Cord Injury

FAS upregulates the protein expression of the MAPK signaling pathway in BMSCs. BMSCs were serum starved for 12 h and treated with 30 μM FAS for 30, 60, 120, or 240 min. Total protein extracts were prepared, and the phosphorylation levels of ERK1/2, JNK, and p38 were detected by Western blot. (a) Representative Western blot images of p-ERK1/2, p-JNK, and p-p38.
