Purinergic Signaling Pathway in Human Olfactory Neuronal Precursor Cells

<div>ATP-induced increase in cytosolic Ca<sup>2+</sup> is mediated by P2 receptor activation in precursors from the hOE. Clonal cells were cultured for 3 days to study the change in cytosolic Ca<sup>2+</sup> by microfluorometry using the fluorescent indicator Fura-2 AM.
