NOTCH Signaling Is Activated through Mechanical Strain in Human Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells

<div>Effect of GSI XII on viability and apoptosis of hMSC-TERT cells and BMSCs derived from five donors (donor #06-donor #10). hMSC-TERT cells (a) and BMSCs (b) were treated with 2 and 4 <i>μ</i>M of GSI XII or the solvent DMSO (0 <i>μ</i>M), and viability and apoptosis assays were performed 24 and 48 h later.
