The Biguanides Metformin and Buformin in Combination with 2-Deoxy-glucose or WZB-117 Inhibit the Viability of Highly Resistant Human Lung Cancer Cells

Metformin and buformin in combination with 2-DG or WZB-117 inhibit the viability of H460 lung cancer cells growing under PPSS (anchorage-dependent). Cells growing under PPSS were incubated with the indicated concentrations of drugs for 72 h. Control cells (DMSO), were incubated with equivalent concentration of DMSO.
