Phase contrast and fluorescence microscopic pictures are shown. (b) Live-antibody staining of obtained iPSC colonies. The iPSCs obtained after 20 days of reprogramming by mRNAs were positively stained with DL550 SSEA-4 and DL488 TRA-1-60 antibodies. iPSCs obtained after 12 days of reprogramming by srRNA were positive for SSEA-4 and showed only partial GFP expression within the iPSC colony.
