Spontaneously Formed Spheroids from Mouse Compact Bone-Derived Cells Retain Highly Potent Stem Cells with Enhanced Differentiation Capability

<div>Expression of neurogenic-related genes in induced spheroid-derived and monolayer-cultured cells. Spheroid-derived cells and monolayer cells were cultured with neurogenic induction medium for 2 weeks. The expression of Nestin (a), MAP2 (b), NGFR (c), and NeuroD (d) in spheroid-derived cells was more than 2-fold higher than that in monolayer-cultured cells.
