Comparative analysis of the gene (qPCR) and protein (multiplex) expressions of IL-1β (a, b), TNF (c, d), and IL6 (e, f) in the peritoneal membrane of the animals of each experimental group. The CKD+PF model promoted a significant increase in both gene and protein expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL6, compared to the control. ASC treatment normalized the gene and protein expressions of these three studied factors.
