Mechanisms for Covalent Immobilization of Horseradish Peroxidase on Ion-Beam-Treated Polyethylene

Micro-Raman spectrum of polyethylene treated by PIII with nitrogen ions of 20 keV energy and 10¹⁶ ions/cm² fluence. The spectrum is fitted with mixed Lorentz+Gauss functions at 1350 and 1587 cm⁻¹ positions corresponding to the “D” and “G” peaks of carbon structures, respectively.
