Cumulative concentration-response curves of EA204 in the absence or presence of glibenclamide (10⁻⁵ M) on denuded aortic rings of rabbits precontracted with BaCl₂ (2 mg/mL). Endothelium was removed mechanically by rubbing with a steel wire. Responses are expressed as a percentage of the maximum possible relaxation, that is, relaxation back to the baseline tension. Values indicated the means ± SEM ().
