The suspensions containing sensitizer and liquid culture of bacteria were transferred onto 12-well plate and positioned on the orbital shaker (100 rpm, 30 min, at 18 ± 3°C) under the LED lamp (65.2 Wm−2). The equivalent samples for unilluminated treatment were put in an identical plate wrapped with aluminum foil.
