Texture Detemination in Multiphase Materials With Lmellar Structure

Abstract

The X-ray anisotropic absorption of larellar multiphase materials wil influence the accuracy of texture determination. A simple method is presented in this work, which enables an approximation to the true texture in the materials to be obtained using ccnventional texture goniameter. By this method the measurement error can be reduced to a certain extent.
