The effect of ZEN on the IL-6 relative mRNA level in ConA-stimulated lymphocytes at toxin concentrations of 0, 0.1, 0.4, 1.6, 6.25, and 25 g/mL at 48 h. The reporter activity in response to ConA alone is expressed as 100%. Values are the means ± SD from three independent experiments. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's post hoc test ( versus ConA treated control).
