Cationic Polymers Inhibit the Conductance of Lysenin Channels

Addition of PEI (10 μM final concentration) to the trans side of an Aso-based BLM containing two lysenin channels induces a step-wise and unitary decrease in the open current and indicates quick and individual interactions of PEI with each of the two inserted channels.
