Amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis (ARDRA) of Azotobacter representative strains of each rep-PCR group and reference strains. The dendrogram based on analysis of restriction patterns of 16S rDNA obtained with HhaI was built using the GelCompar II program and the Dice () pairwise coefficient of similarity and the UPGMA algorithm. Clusters were defined at the % similarity level. The cophenetic correlation value for this dendrogram was 0.95.
