Number of DE genes and probesets, in SZ and BD patients as compared to healthy controls. Genes are characterized as overexpressed when they present positive FC > |0.37| in log₂ scale and as downregulated when they present negative FC respectively. Out of 63000 probesets and 10000 genes of the Affymetrix HG-U95 platform, we derived a much smaller number of probesets and genes.
