ELISAs showed significant differences in ANAs in DLE and SLE patients. ((a)–(d)) Levels of ANAs for IgG (a), IgM (b), and IgA (c), as well as the ratio of IgG/IgM ANAs (d), were measured in the sera of normal, DLE, and SLE patients. There are missing IgM ANA data for three normal samples and missing IgA ANA data for one normal sample due to insufficient quantities of sera.
