(a) The body and tail of left epididymis are severally increased in size with tunica vaginalis adhered and ipsilateral testis strongly decreased. (b) Hematoma in tunica vaginalis adjacent to the tail of the epididymis. (c) Epididymal abscess. Body of left epididymis is increased in size and focal area in cut surface with yellowish viscous material. (d) Chronic periorchitis. Multifocal fibrous adhesions between the tunica albuginea and the tunica vaginalis.
