Radixin enhanced the invasion and migration of HCT116 and LoVo cells through Rac1 activation. (a) Cells were transfected with either control siRNA or radixin siRNA for 48 h. Then the amount of GTP binding protein Rac1 was analyzed by Rac1 activity assay kit. (b) and (c) Cells were pretreated with NSC23766 or DMSO for 1 h and then were subjected to invasion and migration assays. .
