Removal of endobronchial mass by cryotherapy. (a) The bronchoscope was inserted at the proximal end of the lesion. (b) The probe was inserted via bronchoscope to contact the mass and cryotherapy was started with −70°C CO2 for 20–60 seconds at the lesion site. (c) After cryotherapy, the mass was detached and measured outside the patient. (d) After complete removal of the mass by cryotherapy, the bronchoscope was reintroduced to check airway patency.
