Effect of Selenate on Viability and Selenomethionine Accumulation of Chlorella sorokiniana Grown in Batch Culture

Values of growth parameters 𝑁_max (10⁶ cell·mL⁻¹) and 𝜇_max (day⁻¹) obtained by fitting logistic model equation to experimental data of population density in function of time from selenium exposed culture and control. Model curve was fitted to mean values of population density data (see Figure 1); hence, fitted models give single parameters values, instead of 𝑁_max and 𝜇_𝑚 mean values ± S.D.
