Key geometry parameters with chosen values used in numerical simulations. The default values are as follows: 𝑊_main=20 𝜇m, 𝐷_gap=5 𝜇m, 𝐷_trap=20 𝜇m, and 𝑊_gap=10 𝜇m, which were chosen based on estimated diameters of biological cells (~15 𝜇m). The height of the main channel is 20 𝜇m and the height of the cellular trapping site is 5 𝜇m.
