The quantitative analysis of ETC complex subunits. Three groups of proteins with different complexes were compared with averaged NSAF of each ETC complex. (a) shows quantitative abundance of all five ETC complexes; Complex I to Complex IV displayed very similar level of abundances. In comparison, Complex V appeared to be in higher abundance, approximately 3-fold more than others.
