Expression of neural cell markers in the mouse spleen. NSE (a), NF-150 (b), NF-200 (c), and peripherin (d) staining was observed in the perivascular region of the white pulp and the subcapsular region. They were round, with a 10 μm diameter and no recognizable processes.
