Phylogenetic analysis using neighbor Joining (NJ) trees was constructed using sequences retrieved from NCBI GenBank (accession numbers are shown in the branch tips along with the sequence name) after ClustalW multiple alignment [14]. The tree was constructed using Kimura 2-parameter model in Mega (Molecular Evolutionary Genetics Analysis) version 10.0.1 [15]. The bootstrap value was adjusted as 1000.
