Following the recent publishing agreement with Cambridge University Press, we are pleased to announce that SAGE is the latest publisher to join our Publishing Partnerships program.
Beginning in January 2021 (with submissions open in September 2020), we will be providing peer-review administration, production and online publication – utilizing our open source publishing platform, Phenom – as well as day-to-day correspondence with the Editorial teams and all marketing, promotion and development for three of SAGE’s open access titles.
All three titles – Trends in Hearing, Molecular Imaging and Adsorption Science and Technology – will remain under SAGE ownership while being fully managed by us.

We successfully collaborated with Hindawi to launch a suite of gold open access journals over a decade ago, and so are delighted to be working with them once again.”
At Hindawi, we have designed a Publishing Partnerships program for managed open access publishing that offers a unique blueprint for collaboration between publishers, enabling us to share open access expertise, systems and services to the benefit of all parties involved: the publishers we work with and the researchers that we serve.
Working with our peers across the publishing industry to place the researcher at the heart of the publishing process by providing streamlined, collaborative services is a truly rewarding process. It is one of the ways we are supporting and encouraging a new era of scholarly communications – one that is defined by collaboration and built on community-focused practices that advance openness in research in a sustainable way.
