(a) Transverse T2-weighted turbo-spin echo MR image shows the index lesion on midgland, right transitional zone. (b) On cDWI₁₅₀₀ image set anteriorly located lesion was barely seen because of inadequate background suppression. (c, d) On cDWI₂₀₀₀ and cDWI₃₀₀₀ image sets index lesion was more conspicuous. Also a tiny biopsy proven tumoral focus was identified in the right peripheral zone on cDWI₂₀₀₀ and cDWI₃₀₀₀ image sets.
