Localization examination of Vimentin in hBM-MSCs by immunofluorescence. Alexa Fluor 514 (green)-labeled secondary antibody was used to detect Vimentin expression and the nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (blue). The expression of Vimentin was mainly detected in the cytoplasm of hBM-MSCs (×200).
