Analysis of the expressional level of KDM1A gene and survival prognosis of cancers. (a) TIMER2.0 was used to analyze the expressional level of the KDM1A in different cancers. (b) The box plot data were supplied for the type of DLBC, LAML, and THYM in the TCGA project, and the corresponding normal tissues of the GTEx database were included as controls. (c) Expressional levels of KDM1A in different types of tumors according to the Oncomine database. The plot indicated the numbers of datasets with statistically significant ( < 0.05) mRNA overexpression (red) or downexpression (blue) of KDM1A (different types of cancer vs. corresponding normal tissue).
