AGEP, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis; DRESS, drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms; SJS/TEN, Stevens–Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis. Two patents had two culprit medications. Phenytoin and phenobarbital in the patient with DRESS-TEN overlap. Piperacillin/tazobactam and azithromycin in a patient with AGEP.
