Effect of CRE (100 μg/mL) or Cop (20 μM) on t-BOOH-induced apoptosis. Results represent the percentage of apoptotic nuclei ± SEM from the total number of counted nuclei. 3 independent experiments were conducted and 1600 cells were analyzed at least in each group. Results showed that both COP and CRE significantly attenuate t-BOOH-induced apoptosis. in comparison to the control (no treatment); ^## versus t-BOOH-medium or t-BOOH-DMSO and ⁺⁺ versus t-BOOH-Cop.
