(a) Quantification of the remaining peptide based on relative UV absorption at 220 nm of DRS-DA2N upon incubation with rat serum for different incubation time points (n = 3 independent experiments). (b) Recovered DRS-DA2N previously submitted to serum for different time points was incubated with mouse bone marrow cells for 2 hours, and cell viability was determined. Three independent experiments were run in triplicate.
